I was born in Hollywood, California and raised in the Asian-American enclave of Monterey Highlands in Monterey Park, California.  I studied Sumi-e, a Japanese watercolor technique, in Little Tokyo and have received numerous awards for my work in scale modeling. I developed an interest in photography during my studies in Europe and especially enjoy architectural subjects.   I now reside in Indianapolis, Indiana.
